Essential Oils Explained
What are Essential Oils?
Essential oils are aromatic compounds that are distilled for health benefits. Essential oils can be found on the leaf, stem, or flower of a plant. Woodsy oils come from the bark of a tree and most citrus oils come from the peel of the fruit.
It is a blessing that I’ve met this product a year ago. My boss introduces me to the essential oils she has been using until now. Okay, before she was a Young Living essential oil user. Not until today. All I remember that day was I brought those essential oils with me after a long conversation. So, I started using eucalyptus oil to my six years old daughter. She had a terrible cough. She can’t sleep properly and woke up on wee hours. Every night, I gently rub the essential oil on her chest and back. Hmm, not only that. I also came to a point of using a diffuser. YES. Using aromatherapy diffuser is very effective too.
Diffusing is a safe and easy way to experience the benefits of essential oils in your home. Diffusing essential oils is actually my favorite way to use them! When it comes to emotional regulation, it turns out that diffusing essential oils is a fast and easy way to lighten the air (and mood). WHY? Our sense of smell is actually a powerful tool that can impact our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
So, back to our where I stopped (with my story-telling.). I poured 3 to 5 drops of oil into a diffuser. I did it in three consecutive nights. A few days later, her cough subsides. I tried and tested other variants of oils and then started selling them.
I am not just selling the product to make money but I wanted also to share my experiences too. I say it is a blessing because as I launched my business online through facebook it gains positive feedback to the customers. That is the most rewarding part of an online seller. Seeing and knowing how satisfied they are simply made my heart happier.
This is my passion. This is what I love doing!
I just want to share the essential oils made locally by my chemist friend. I am proud to introduce it to you…
