S.T.R.E.S.S— Sounds great!

What can I realistically accomplish today? Oh, I feel so stressed. This probably runs through my head a million times. Do you think it’s normal? Hmm, It certainly is!

Everyone—adults, teens, and even children, experiences stress. It’s really easy for me to identify if I’m stressed. I feel so tired even if I haven’t accomplished anything. When stress occupies my brain — INCOMPETENCE appears.   

Stress! Stress! Stress!

A single word, yet has a great impact on people’s lives. The hard part is — knowing why we have to undergo this kind of situation.  According to American Psychological Association, everyday stress “occurs when you perceive that demand placed on you — (such as work, school, relationship) — exceed your ability to cope.

We are capable of doing things but because of stress,

that “capability” turns into “inability”.

Finding ways on how to handle stress might be thought-provoking, but it’s all worth it.

Here’s how to do it:

Whenever you feel stressed,

SLOW down,

TAKE it easy,

RELAX,

ENJOY life,

SAVOR every

SPECIAL moments!
