Life is inherently risky. There is only one big risk you should avoid at all costs, and that is the risk of doing nothing.
Denis Waitley
I like to look at the city lights, horns buzzing everywhere it’s as if everyone’s rushing home. Walkways filled with chatters, stories here and there. Laughing like there’s no tomorrow. I like seeing people’s different faces, and how they express what they feel.
I kinda like walking by myself sometimes, it feels relaxing. You feel the breeze of the wind telling you Christmas is coming. Reminding you that family reunion is there. I feel excited whenever I think about it. Reminiscing my childhood days. Having Christmas party everywhere. Giving gifts, exchanging gifts. I kinda miss it. My Big Family reunion.
I always wonder how people live for their life. When my Auntie passed away, that’s when I got the news that I was pregnant. I really don’t know what to feel, how to feel. Should I be happy? Can I be happy? I don’t know. The only thing that sinks in my mind is that my Auntie passed away.
When you walk your life you think for the future, long term as what they say. As much as possible you need to be optimistic. Being able to stand on your own. Doing things the right way. But the reality is life is hard. You need a helping hand to stand if you feel like you can’t take it anymore.
That’s why whenever I walk alone, it relaxes my mind a little bit, seeing how busy the city is. Lights everywhere. Observing your surroundings, looking at people, places, cars, food place. Smelling tasty food. Hmmmm. Yummy!
How about you? Are you fond of walking and seeing the beautiful busy city?
