
The journey to a healthy diet is not easy, but it will always be worth it.
As a mom, we only want the best for our little ones. That includes giving them a healthy solid food eating journey. It may not be an easy journey, but I’m sure it’s worth it.
Let me share to you 3 of my healthy recipes that my baby loves to eat.
- Banana and Mango Rolled Oatmeal
- Bring distilled water to a boil
- Put some rolled oats and cover for 10 minutes
- Continue stirring the mixture until cooked
- Add pre-soaked chia seeds
- Mashed fresh bananas and mangoes on the side
- Put the mashed fruits to the oatmeal
- Let it cool and serve

2. Banana Rolled Pancake
- Blend the whole rolled oats until it becomes powder-like
- This will serve as the flour in the mixture
- Put some fresh bananas and cinnamon powder
- Add water and blend together to achieve smooth batter
- Fry in olive oil to a medium heat
- Remove excess oil and serve
3. Mixed Vegetables Porridge
- Chop some pumpkin and upo into tiny cubes
- Saute onion and garlic and put the vegetable mixture in a pan
- Pour some distilled water
- Add pre-soaked chia seeds
- Cover and let it cook for 30 minutes
- Sprinkle some chinese pechay.
- Let it cool and serve.

Note that you can always modify the recipe. You can cook any vegetable according to your preference. Happy Eating!
