Love

Your being tied up with him and you cannot do anything about it — that’s love. ” – RJV

We are now in a phase where love can be found anywhere. School, work, streets, while commuting, social media and etc. It can be anyone or anything. Your seat mate, colleague, boss, parents, children, a teddy bear your father got in a claw machine, a simple card that was given to you on a Mother’s day, a simple yes when you proposed to your loved one and etc. But what if a peacock falls in love with an owl.

There is what they call a DOPE test developed by Richard M. Stephenson that can evaluate people’s personalities without the help of a psychologist. I and my partner took this test which resulted in me being a peacock while he is an owl. And with that, it explains everything, I fell in love with an owl, a total opposite of me.

Me as a peacock loves talking – a lot. I love being outside interacting with others and be the center of attraction. In short, an extrovert. On the other hand, he as an owl is logical. He is detailed oriented and not a risk-taker, an introvert.

Being so different from each other is not easy. Every day you’ll argue about what to do, where to go, what to eat or etc. You’ll come to a point where you just want to quit this relationship, but you can’t. Your being tied up with him and you cannot do anything about it — that’s love.
