When you are sad, it’s okay to cry.
When you are tired, it’s okay to rest.
When you are hungry, it’s okay to eat.
When you felt you are ugly, it’s okay to go to salon or to wear new clothes.
Most of us want to be a perfect wife and mother so we tend to ignore ourselves.
Don’t worry, you are not selfish. Taking care of yourself is also taking care of your family.
We are not perfect. No one is perfect but we can be a good one.
