
Snack means a small amount of food eaten between meals. We all love snack time because we can eat the food we craved for like sugary foods, junk foods, street foods and many more. As for me, I always craved for sugary foods and lack of exercise so I ended up as a diabetic person.
I started my treatment last year up to present, but still my sugar level goes up and down and yet still does not hit the normal level. I’m still taking my medicines and food supplement. I’m sharing this with all of you that we eat and live healthy.
